Goddess of Slaughter
Appearance and nature: Speculation ranges from an attractive young woman warrior who is accompanied by crows, vultures, and other carrion creatures to a multi-armed creature made up of parts of the deadliest monsters all mixed together… The Goddess’ nature is much clearer. She glorifies in continuous war and atrocity. She is willing to shift her support from one side to the other or to both at the same time in order to keep a conflict continuing in the most destructive way possible. Moreover, she will commit atrocities on both sides to drag the war down to its most brutal level. This deity wants ceaseless war where the widespread death is as cruel and senseless as possible.
Symbol: (as shown) dismembered body parts arranged in weird ways
Followers: The Goddess quickly gathers in those people who enjoy brute power and inflicting death on other people. However, she derives especial joy from gaining followers from the ranks of good inclined warriors who are gradually turned into monsters who believe they are still serving a good cause. These usually unwitting followers are her most dangerous tools…..
Priests and Paladins: The Goddess does have evil paladins, those she has turned from good Gods when they finally confronted and were forced to accept the evil that they have become…. The Goddess also has her own very active priesthood. Since these fanatics fight to the death and are usually clever tacticians, none have been taken alive to be questioned. With the few cases there are available (i.e. surviving eyewitnesses who could be trusted and capable of analyzing the situation), it seems these priests have spells for combat along with spells that manipulate the emotions and even the mind to incite the subject to violence….. Also, these priests seem to be behind attempts to increase conflict and heighten the atrocity level by more conventional means….
Opposing Gods: Morgan and Morgana.
